Prestonhall Trading Estates is situated to the east of Cupar at the entrance to an established industrial area on the A91 East Road to St Andrews.
Cupar is a rapidly expanding and affluent market town located in Fife. The A91 is the major arterial route linking the town with the M90 motorway. Cupar lies 13 miles south of Dundee and 10 miles west of St Andrews.
