Description
The site was purchased as a serviced plot from Highlands & Islands Enterprise in 2007, and planning permission obtained to build a terrace of new workshop units.
The development, secured by a pre-let to the Scottish Ambulance Service, was completed in January 2010 with the remaining workshop space pre-let in advance of completion to Menzies Distribution Ltd. The yard is let to local contractor, George McNaughton & Sons.
Location
Kilmory Industrial Estate is located to the immediate east of Lochgilphead town centre and is accessed from the A83.
The site is well situated just off the main estate access road and near to the office of Argyll & The Islands Enterprise and the headquarters office of Argyll & Bute Council.
Lochgilphead is approximately 40 miles south of Oban and 50 miles north of Campbeltown.
