Description

The Estate was acquired in December 2011. Whilst income producing, there were a number of voids and various wants of repair. Since acquisition the estate has undergone a rolling maintenance programme and maintained a near 100% occupancy level.

In 2016 a new 24/7 self-storage facility was created to provide additional storage facility options at the estate. For more details click here.

In July 2022, planning permission was granted for 4 new blocks of light industrial units totalling 13,000 sq ft. These new units are to be developed on currently unused land within the estate boundaries. For more details click here.
