On 14th May 2015 East Lothian Council granted detailed planning consent for the Phase 1 retail development at Mid-Road, Prestonpans. The scheme anchored by the Co-Op, has two further pre-lets agreed with Links Vets and Atlantis Hot Food Takeaway. There is only one remaining 1,000 sqft unit available to let. Scheme proposals for the adjoining 1 acre Phase 2 site are currently being considered.
