The Estate was acquired in December 2011. Whilst income producing, there were a number of voids and various wants of repair. Since acquisition the estate has undergone a rolling maintenance programme and maintained a near 100% occupancy level.
In 2016 a new 24/7 self-storage facility was created to provide additional storage facility options at the estate.
In March 2022, a planning application was submitted for 4 new blocks of light industrial units totalling 13,000sqft. These new units are to be developed on currently unused land within the estate boundaries. For details of availability Click Here.
Highhouse Industrial Estate is immediately to the west of Auchinleck town centre, accessed of Mauchline Road via Barony Road.
Auchinleck is situated in East Ayrshire some 12 miles east of Ayr and 35 miles south of Glasgow.
